quested. All variances which are requested in connection
with the construction or reconstruction of a particular
parking lot are covered by a single filing fee of two-
hundred dollars ($200.00).

The undersigned hereby petitions the Planning and Zoning Board to

the Code of Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, as it
pertains to the property described in this application, and for the
reasons stated below:

STATEMENT OF SPECIAL CONDITIONS, HARDSHIPS, OR OTHER REASONS JUSTIFYING THE
REQUESTED VARIANCE.
1. Approval of this variance will allow a larger portion of the site to be
used for recreation by the public and will allow the construction of a
of a heart trail within the park.
2. Approval of this variance will allow the Owner to a9opt.a parking lot
design that saves six (6) trees within the park and provides a 51 wide
landscape buffer between the parking lot and the interior of the park.
3. No privately owned land will be affected by the approval of this variance.
4. Drainage calculations demonstrate that the discharge from the site
"should not cause any adverse off-site impacts".
