Approval of this variance will allow the Owner to a9opt.a parking lot design that saves six (6) trees within the park and provides a 51 wide landscape buffer between the parking lot and the interior of the park. 3. No privately owned land will be affected by the approval of this variance. 4. Drainage calculations demonstrate that the discharge from the site "should not cause any adverse off-site impacts". ..
