effectiv1y isolating the thea to it's own site. Cobb
Theatre is willing to ict eir allowable building
sign to one side only evation) & 3. 6 %- of total
aggregated area (refer to ction 21-14.4 of BOynton Bch.
Code) providing a pylon sign can be erected with reader
board. This we feel will benefit the theatre and community
by reducing building signage.

Boynton Beach Sign Ordinance
Currently the IIBjors signage is set back approximatly 500'-570'
from the southbound lane of Congress Ave. and not dire<:;t1y
visible from NW 22nd Ave. In addition a large amount of green space
has been invested into site for improved community appearance and
will potentially block views to building.
Therefore, advertising the Majors and other large tenants with
poor exposure on pylon signs exposed to Congress Ave. and NW 22nd Ave.
is critical to the success of the shopping center.
