Re: Boynton Festive Center
Dear Mr. Agree:
As requested and pursuant to recent correspondence and telephone conversations
with Burl George, Esq., this letter shall state the position of this office with respect to
the retail pylon sign located on the Boynton Festive Center property. Conveyance by
Agree Realty Partnership of the parcel holding the two restaurants (Longhorn and
Hops) will not result in any adverse affect on existing pylon signage. The Operation
and Easement Agreement, dated December 6, 1995, effectively treats the entire
shopping center as a "parcel" for purposes of interpreting applicable City code sections
related to signage.

HAND DELIVERED
RE: Administrative Approval of Si.gn
package modifications
Dear Tarnbri:
Enclosed are two sets of drawings showing our proposed
signage program. One set is for Longhorn Restaurant
(outparcel #2) and the other set is for Circuit City (Retail
"A"). Each set consists of a colored drawing plus three (3)
standard prints.
On October 18, 1994 a signage package was approved by the
City commission, however, the City commission did request
that you "work with the applicant in order to have the signs
be harmonious with the balance of the project" (referring to
the yellow sign at the corner and the yellow sign mounted on
Retail "A").
As shown on the enclosed drawings, we've redesigned both
pylon signs so that they now are exactly the same design
(with the exception of the sign copy). In addition, we've
eliminated the two yellow signs and replaced them with two
signs with white letters on a red background (for Circuit
City). This matches Longhorn's signs that have white letters
with a red border. These also match another prospective
tenant in Retail "B" that has red letters on a white
background.
Based on the direction given by the City Commission and the
changes described above plus the enclosed drawings, I'd like
to request an "Administrative Approval" for our signage
package, by your office.
Thank you for your consideration.
Very truly yours,
"6~ h.(~
