To further evaluate the submittal and determine what procedure must be followed to comply with the code, submit to the Planning Director, Christopher Cutro, a letter which sets forth the requested changes along with an exhibit shoWing that portion of the site and/or the exterior elevations of' the bUilding which a~e to be changed in its present condition and an exhibit depicting the requested changes, To promote an efficient review, I recommend providing the Planning Director accurate data and detailed drawings including proposed colors of all visible exterior surface of the building and signage. A request will be forwarded to you if further information is required to continue the site review process. This comment sheet, the application for permit and associated plans have been returned to the Building Department for further permit processing by the plan reviewers.
