Dear Mr. McMurrain:
Forwarded herewith for your information and appropriate action is a letter
dated November 10, 1988 from Florida Power & Light Company, which identifies
cost for street lights adjacent to your properties on Congress Avenue and
N.W. 22nd Avenue.
Funds are requested in the amounts indicated as a condition for approval of
the plats not yet recorded and out parcels.
Please advise if you have any questions concerning this.

estimate for street lighting.

The cost to install 21-22000 Lumen HPSV street lights on
existing poles on the west side of Congress 4venue and the
south side of N.W. 22nd Avenue at the Catalina Club is
approximately $8088.00.

recreational amenities include 14 tennis courts, 2 swimming
pools, 1 clubhouse with weightroom, 1 volleyball court, a lake
viewing area and a 1/4 mile jogging path along the lake.
