In accordance with the provisions set forth in the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, Code of Ordinances, specifically, Chapter 5,
Article X, "City of Boynton Beach Parking Lot Regulations", the
applicant's proposed ammendent to the approved plans is not
recommended.
Sec. 5-142. Required iDprovements.
(h) Driveway.
(2) Each parking lot driveway shall be
constructed with a radius at the
intersection of the vehicular traffic lane
of twenty-five (25) feet or as otherwise
approved by the c:ty engineer.
Additlonal comments by the city Engineer:
1.) Center line of drive should be perpendicular to
right-of-way.
2. ) One possible solution to the problem would be to
place the driveway along the east property line with
the parking stalls on the west side of the driveway.

Dear Chris,
with reference to an office building now being constructed, at Gulfstream Boule-
vard and Seacrest Avenue, for Mr. Warren Mack, we are having difficulties with Florida
Power and Light concerning rel=ation of a power pole and guy wire that interfere with
a proposed driveway.
The utility company through their area engineer, agreed to move the pole and wires.
Now, the engineer is terminated and the company is asking what the owner and I consider
to be an exhorbitant fee to do the work.
