Sec. 5-142. Required iDprovements. (h) Driveway. (2) Each parking lot driveway shall be constructed with a radius at the intersection of the vehicular traffic lane of twenty-five (25) feet or as otherwise approved by the c:ty engineer. Additlonal comments by the city Engineer: 1.) Phone 732-6154 November 7th, 1991 Chris Cutrow Director of Planning City of Boynton Beach Florida Dear Chris, with reference to an office building now being constructed, at Gulfstream Boule- vard and Seacrest Avenue, for Mr. Warren Mack, we are having difficulties with Florida Power and Light concerning rel=ation of a power pole and guy wire that interfere with a proposed driveway. The utility company through their area engineer, agreed to move the pole and wires. Now, the engineer is terminated and the company is asking what the owner and I consider to be an exhorbitant fee to do the work.
