The size of the property is conforming to the proposed use and zoning guidelines. The property is also currently in close proximity to the applicant's current business which also operates under towing and storage land use. The area where the subject property is located lies within C-4 zoning which is contiguous with land that lies within M-I ioning, so the proposed land use and re-zoning would result in a compatible land use, which would further enhance the property values of the adjacent properties. .r t \ - 0-J~-2003 = Condo flag operty Appraiser GIS PCN List by Parcel Control Number 08_43_45_21_18_000_0440 08_43_45_21_05_000-0410 08_43_45_21_05_000_0450 08_43_45_21_05_000-0490 08_43_45_21_05_000_0530 08_43_45_21_05_000-0570 08_43_45_21_05_000_0610 08_43_45_21_05_000_0650 08_43_45_21_05_000_0690 08_43_45_21_05_000-0730 08_43_45_21_05_000_0770 08_43_45_21_05_000_0810 08_43_45_21_05_000-0850 08_43_45_21_05_000_0890 08_43_45_21_05_000_0930 08_43_45_21_05_000_0970 08_43_45_21_06_005_0040 08_43_45_21_18_000-0190 08_43_45_21_18_000_0210 08_43_45_21_18_000_0220 08_43_45_21_18_000-0230 08_43_45_21_18_000-0240 08_43_45_21_18_000-0260 08_43_45_21_18_000-0300 08_43_45_21_18_000_0360 08_43_45_21_18_000_0370 08_43_45_21_18_000_0380 08_43_45_21_18_000-0390 08_43_45_21_18_000-0400 08_43_45_21_18_000_0470 08_43_45_21_18_000_0480 08_43_45_21_18_000-0490 08_43_45_21_18_000_0500 08_43_45_21_18_000_0510 08_43_45_21_18_000_0530 08_43_45_21_18_000-0560 08_43_45_21_18_000_0581 08_43_45_21_18_000_0601 08_43_45_21_18_000_0620 08_43_45_21_18_000_0650 08_43_45_21_18_000_0680 08_43_45_21_18_000_0690 08_43_45_21_18_000-0700 08_43_45_21_18_000_0710 08_43_45_21_18_000-0730 08_43_45_21_18_000-0741 08_43_45_21_18_000_0751 08_43_45_21_18_000-0931 08_43_45_21_18_000_0962 08_43_45_21_26_001_0010 08_43_45_21_26_001_0080 08_43_45_21_26_001_0091 08_43_45_21_26_003_0010 08_43_45_21_26_003_0020 Page 1 of 1 Radius 0 - 400 08_43_45_21_26_004-0021 08_43_45_21_26_004_0023 08_43_45_21_26_004-0031 08_43_45_21_26_004-0050 08_43_45_21_26_004_0090 08_43_45_21_26_004-0110 08_43_45_21_26_006-0010 08_43_45_21_36_000-0290 08_43_45_21_36_000-0301 08_43_45_21_36_000-0302 ro ~ o H " to .
