information for your review and comment.
The information provided with this notice is very brief, but you may contact the
permitting agency directly for further information if needed in order for you to assess the
impacts of the proposed activities on your community.
If the proposed activities are not consistent with your comprehensive plan or other locally
adopted plans or regulations, or if you have any other comments, please submit them to
the permitting agency by the deadline date indicated in the attached materials. We would

conventional allowing only standard singie-famiiy lots (17 planned). The proposed plan reflects the real estate value
represented by the lake.
Please comment on whether you have any service-related issues with this annexation. A response at your earliest

I don't foresee any water or sewer service related issues with the density being proposed. A sewage lift station will be
required. at developer expense, but that's a cost of construction, and more of a site plan issue.

No F&LS issues with annexation. Personal opinion is that the property would be only 17 single family homes and cause no
response burden while bringing in tax money. When plant comes into City we would be able to inspect a plant that we
would respond to for fire emergency anyhow. Much safer for us.
