This letter serves as the Traffic Generation Letter for the above-referenced project. The facility is
located on the east side of Old Dixie Highway, south of Miller Road in Boynton Beach. The
proposed project involves the construction ofa 7,916 square foot (SF) light industrial facility.
Please find enclosed Tables 1, 2, and 3 which provide the trip generation rates used and the trips
generated by the proposed project. The proposed project results in 52 new daily trips, Since the total
average daily traffic generation expected from the proposed project is less than 200 trips, a traffic
study is not required.
