Anthony Mannino is listed on the tax records as trustee for the owners of the parcel to the west fronting on Boynton Beach Boulevard, (08 43 45 29 01 002-0090) and is listed as the owner of the parcel fronting on NW 1st Ave. (08434529010020101) although we both know the three parcels to the west are under common ownership. 3, Amended application form that shows the actual applicant, if it is not Dynamic Doughnuts Florida Realty, Inc. The applications should also be amended to show the acreage covered by the land use application (now 0.62 acres, as opposed to the original application for 0.26 acres.) 4. Agent Consent Form from Dynamic Doughnuts Florida Realty, Inc. or legal documentation showing a clear trail from that firm to the actual applicant named in the amended application.
