Town of Boynton, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 23 the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida To Whom It May Concem: BellSouth has investigated the above-mentioned request and found there to be buried telecommunication facilities in the vicinity of the Right of Way abandonment 85 reflected on the Sllrvey of property attached to this response. A more thorough investigation will reveal specifically where the buried telecommunication facilities are located. BellSoulh may require a utility easement encompassing the path of the existing facilities, including any lateral occurrences. The altemative to this would be reimbursement to relocate the existing plant at the expense of the property owner. Dewey, from a warranty deed recorded February 12, 1892. No conveyances nor abandonment of subject property was found in a search of the public records. No Mortgages nor property taxes found. ~ On September 26, 1898, Birdie Dewey and Fred Dewey then created the Plat of the Town of Boynton and dedicated to the public use all roads and alleys contained in the Plat of Boynton. (See attached Plat) This Plat shows a road/alley "Dewey Place" between Lot 7, Block 3 and Lot 3, Block 3. Lot 3, Block 3 is your property with the one story commercial building on it.
