Please be advised that Florida Public Utilities Company has no objection to the abandonment
of the existing easement as described in your letter.
At the present time, we have no underground gas distribution facilities located within the
limits of the proposed abandonment.

To Whom It May Concem:
BellSouth has investigated the above-mentioned request and found there to be
buried telecommunication facilities in the vicinity of the Right of Way
abandonment 85 reflected on the Sllrvey of property attached to this response.
A more thorough investigation will reveal specifically where the buried
telecommunication facilities are located. BellSoulh may require a utility easement
encompassing the path of the existing facilities, including any lateral
occurrences.
The altemative to this would be reimbursement to relocate the existing plant at
the expense of the property owner.

Westerly extension of the South line of said Lot 3, Block 3, to the Southeast corner of Lot
7, Block 3 of said Plat of BOYNTON, Then Northerly along the East line of Lot 7, Block
3 to the South right of way of Boynton Beach Boulevard, Then Easterly along the South
Right of Way line of Boynton Beach Boulevard to the West line of Lot 3, Block 3,
Then Southerly along the West line of Lot 3, Block 3 to the Point of Beginning.
Dear Roger:
I reviewed the title search report which was complied on the above legal
description. The legal description was from the survey you provided my
office.
Apparent Title Vested in: Birdie S. Dewey, from a warranty deed
recorded February 12, 1892.
No conveyances nor abandonment of subject property was found in a
search of the public records. No Mortgages nor property taxes found.
~ On September 26, 1898, Birdie Dewey and Fred Dewey then created the
Plat of the Town of Boynton and dedicated to the public use all roads and
alleys contained in the Plat of Boynton. (See attached Plat)
This Plat shows a road/alley "Dewey Place" between Lot 7, Block 3 and
Lot 3, Block 3. Lot 3, Block 3 is your property with the one story
commercial building on it.
Therefore, it ,- ;:pears the allc)"vay was dedicated to the public use via the
1898 Plat of L :'Ynton.
