Apparent Title Vested in: Birdie S. Dewey, from a warranty deed
recorded February 12, 1892.
No conveyances nor abandonment of subject property was found in a
search of the public records. No Mortgages nor property taxes found.
" On September 26, 1898, Birdie Dewey and Fred Dewey then created the
Plat of the Town of Boynton and dedicated to the public use all roads and
alleys contained in the Plat of Boynton. (See attached Plat)
This Plat shows a road/alley "Dewey Place" between Lot 7, Block 3 and
Lot 3, Block 3. Lot 3, Block 3 is your property with the one story
commercial building on it.

Therefore, it "pears the alleyway was dedicated to the public use via the
1898 Plat of hlynton.
