Dear Mr. Kuritzky:
In response to your request dated December 14, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Addition of an 18'-8" x 21'-4" CBS generator room (as depicted
on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 12/20/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review.

1. The materials used to construct the addition shall be the same
style and color as that on the remainder of the building.
2. All components of the building, including the footer, shall be
placed outside of the FPL easement and the 25 foot perimeter
greenbelt.
3. The Sabal Palm and any other landscaping required to be removed as
a result of this construction shall be coordinated with the City
Forester prior to commencement, and shall be relocated/mitigated
per his direction. t

This letter is being submitted for your Site Plan Modification Review and Approval, based on the Owner's
request to add an approx. 18'8" x 21'-4" concrete block and stucco generator room onto the exterior
Southwest corner of their existing building located at 2200 Corporate Drive, Boynton Beach, Florida.
The attached drawing packages include; architectural site plan, building floor plans and exterior
elevations indicating materials, textures and colors to match the existing building.
