Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application.

Dear Ms. Main:
Pursuant to our discussions and your email to me on June 22, 2004, please find
enclosed four (4) copies of the revised LA-I plan with the incorporation of
additional notes referencing the use of existing hedges. Please note that we are
not proposing to remove any plantings that were originally approved during the
Site Plan process. However, we will work with your department on locations of
the plantings if you feel they should be located in areas that differ from the
original plan. In addition, I have also included a check in the amount of $100 for
the review fee.
We hope that you find everything in good order and appreciate your time and
