Dear Mr. Carcache:
In response to your request dated July 21, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Modification of the east elevation involving adjustment to
awnings and elimination of one (1) storefront window (as
depicted on the attached drawing and detailed in the July 14,
2004 letter from Tucker & Booker, Inc.).
. Modification to landscape plan along the east elevation (as
depicted on Sheet LA-1 from Kimley-Horn dated July 12, 2004.)
please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 08/06/04 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

Dear Mr. Breeze,
Per our conversation July 9, 2004 we have modified the proposed exterior elevations for
your consideration. Please find enclosed four (4) copies of the revised exterior elevation
sheets A-2 & A-2a with the incorporation of the awning and the window removal
changes.
Item 4. Per Condition of Approval (COA) #29 reduce the size and reposition the
awnings over the Drive-Thru window and the adjacent window to be consistent with the
other awnings.
Response: Per our conversation the awning above the Drive- Thru has been adjusted to
a 4 foot depth and a 2 foot height to match the adjacent awnings. The bottom of the
awning has been held at 10 feet above the roadway to allow vehicular traffic under the
awning without damage to the building or customer vehicles. The awning above the
false window has been modified to match the Drive- Thru awning.
Item 6. The elimination of a storefront window on the left elevation constitutes a
modification to the approved site plan. Please contact Ed Breeze, Principal Planner:
Planning and Zoning Division, at 561-742-6260, to initiate the minor site plan
modification process.
Response: Per our conversation this window could be removed, if the area out side this
area were landscaped. This would be the area between the Drive- Thru bump-out
(including the false window) and the Drive- Thru side Entry Vestibule. I have confirmed
with the Civil Engineer that the current Civil/Landscaping Plans designate this area to
be landscaped. Please confirm this with the Landscaping Submittal.
