Dear Mr. Howder:
In response to your request dated November 16, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Placement of FPL transformer pad (as depicted on the attached
plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 11/19/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review.

1. The FPL transformer shall be green to blend in with the
surroundings.
2. The transformer shall have a landscape hedge on three sides
(preferably the Old Boynton Road side), planted at a minimum of
half the height of the transformer, and under no circumstances less
than 24".

RE: Request to add FPL transformer pad
Dear Mr. Breeze:
Pursuant to a phone conversation I had on November 16, 2004, with Eric
Johnson, please find enclosed two (2) copies of the Utility Plan and LA-I Plan
with the incorporation of an electrical transformer pad in the northwest corner of
the site. Coordination with FPL has concluded that the electrical "point of
service" is a stub located in this area. FPL has requested the pad be placed in this
location in order to accommodate their facilities. Please review the enclosed
plans as to the City's approval of this location.
