Dear Mr. Cooper:
In response to your request dated July 16, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Construction of a Med-Gas storage building adjacent to the
Hospital's Utility Building (as depicted on the attached plan).
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 7/16/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review.

Per our conversation this morning, Bethesda Memorial Hospital
is relocating their existing Med-Gas storage yard to a new and
safer building. This new locations is shown on Sheet APH-O,
the complete site drawing of Bethesda Memorial Hospital.
The building will be painted to match all existing colors on the
existing hospital. If you have any questions concerning this
move, please do not hesitate to contact me.
