We anticipate only a few months before we re-submit. Our original architect, Mr. Plana, withdrew from the project for personal reasons and has not supplied us with accurate information. An example would be that some of his measurements of the existing property and building are inaccurate by several feet. Due to the inconsistencies, a new architect has been commissioned to re-do the plans and more time is needed to complete them with confidence in the accuracy. I apologize for the delay and request the extension so that we can present plans to the planning and zoning board that will meet their approval. Thank you for your time in this matter.
