Boynton Beach Boynton Billiards (Retail Store) ,t ?~Z.Jl ~CQ)~V . q' n",t Gentlemen: The owners (John and Debby Corvey) of Boynton Billiards desire to enclose a small portion of their existing building so as to access each b\lild~g without going outside. The buildings are now connected by large overhangs wid a breezeway. The owner fmds that leaving one building unattended while conducting business in the other presents a security risk. Egress from either building is not affected and changes to the exterior appearance would be minimally changed. Existing colors, finishes, and textures would be matched so as to remain within the boundaries of the approved site plan. Your expeditious approval of this minor modification will certainly be appreciated by Mr. and Mrs. Corvey. Respectfully submitted, ~i~<L- President ofS&F Construction Inc.'
