Dear Mr. Cimaglia:
In response to your request dated February 2, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Installation of a fabric covered steel awning to extend the
entry roof feature (as depicted on the attached plan) ;
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 2/5/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

Dear Mr. Breese,
Please find the attached info and consider it as my submittal for minor site
plan modification, We are proposing to extend the existing "Build-out" from
its current 5' in depth to ] 5' overall (adding 10' in depth), The top of the
fabric covered steel frame awning will be white to match existing roof and
the sides will be a light taupe to match the walls, The overall dimensions and
