Minor Site Plan Modification
The Architect of record is requesting a minor site plan modification. We are
proposing to remove two parking spaces to allow for installation of a new
overhead door and driveway. Boynton Commerce Center contains 295,000
square feet of Office /Manufacturing /Warehouse spaces, which requires 600
parking spaces. They are currently providing 709 parking spaces. We are
proposing to eliminate 2 spaces, which will still meet and exceed the parking
requirements.
