BellSouth has reviewed the requested abandonment of the alleyway at the rear
of the above-mentioned property and will require a utilitv easement to maintain
the existing aerial facilities.
Please forward an executed utility easement to my office. Upon receipt of the
easement BellSouth will have no objection to the alleyway abandonment as
recorded in the Lake Addition to Boynton Beach, Block 3, Lots 20-25 as recorded
in the public records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
The alternative to an easement would be a relocation of facilities at the property
owner's expense.
