Dear Mr. Leach:
In response to your request dated August 11, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Addition of a 12' x 24' white maintenance shed with 6' x 6'
roll-up door manufactured by Ted's Sheds (as depicted on the
attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 8/11/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review.

Dear Commissioners,
We are submitting a request to install a 12' x 24' portable, prefabricated
aluminum storage building at the rear of our clubhouse at 1807 SW 18th Street,
just to the right of our existing storage and maintenance buildings. This request
is being made due to the lack of adequate space and the need for additional
storage for the items used for the many community activities. The shed is
manufactured by and will be installed by Ted's Sheds, Inc., in accordance with all
State and local codes and requirements.
Enclosed you will find 4 sets of detailed site plans and 4 photographs of a model
of the size of the proposed storage shed, which will be white in color with a 6 x 6
roll-up door (as depicted on a copy of the contract) located on the south side
center of the shed. In preparation for the project, we will be removing an
existing chain link fence, leveling the area where the shed will be located
(depicted in photograph exhibit (A) of proposed area), and installing a new post
in order to secure the area with the existing rolling gate.
