Greene Director of Development City of Boynton Beach 100 Boynton Beach Boulevard Boynton Beach, Florida 33425-0310 RE: Request for Minor Modification - Boynton Marina Dear Mr. Greene: The purpose ofthis letter is to request your approval for the below listed site plan modifications as a Minor Modification to the previous approved site plan. We have revised the site plan for the Boynton Marina & Marketplace in order to better utilize the available land, correct or improve coordination issues with the Two Georges. and to maximize the appeal of the project to the city and the general public. Below you will find a list of the proposed changes to the approved site plan dated August 10.2000. I. A phase line has been added for Phase I only. A new site plan will be prepared for Phase II. 2. Parallel parking was added to the west side ofN.E. 6th Street. 3. Removed entrance to proposed Phase II residential at the north side of Cas a Lorna Blvd. 4. Revised location of road connecting Casa Lorna and Boynton Beach Blvd. extension from west side of property to area west of the marina. 5. Revise straight in parking to parallel parking in front of the dive shop. 6. Reduce the aisle width on Casa Lorna from 27 feet to 24 feet. 7. The dumpsters have been removed from Phase I and will be located in Phase II of the project. 8. The temporary parking lot has been added to the Phase I site plan. 9. The drive aisle on the Two Georges property has been revised to 12 feet to reflect code. 10. A Pedestrian route has been added (handicap accessible) to Phase I. 11. A decorative feature has been added to the center of the proposed turn around on Casa Lorna. 12. The tree grates were removed along the north marina and replaced with decorative planters. 13. The free standing restaurant was shifted slightly to the north and reconfigured to provide wider pedestrian access between the restaurant and commercial building.
