Dear Mr. Stewart:
In response to your request dated August 5, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Construction of a 54.5 square foot building addition for carry-
out purposes (as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 8/26/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. The new door and window match the others on the building relative
to style, materials and color.
2. The walls shall consist of the same materials as the remainder of
the building, have the same finish and be painted the same color.
3. If the scope of the project demands removal of landscaping, then
approval of the City Forester is required prior to
relocation/elimination of such plant material.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

We wish to make a request for a Minor Modification to this project.
The following are the proposed changes:
1. We are adding a 54.5 square foot addition on the front of the
building under the existing front porch, This addition is less than
5% of the existing building's total square footage.
2. The exterior finish will match the existing building.
3. The roof will be green shingles.
4. This addition will not reduce parking spaces.
5, This modification will not cause the development to be below the
development standards for the zoning district in which it is located
or other applicable standards in the Land Development
Regulations,
6. This modification does not have an adverse effect on adjacent or
nearby properties or reduce required physical buffers.
7. This modification does not adversely affect the exterior design of
the structure or reduce the overall design of the structure below
the standards stated in the community design plan.
8. This modification does meet the concurrency requirements of the
Boynton Beach Comprehensive Plan.
