Dear Mr. Breese:
In the rare event that the Chapel is in use and the Cultural Center rooms are used at the
same time as overflow seating, the remainder of the rooms will not be in use with the
exception of the following:
Toilet Rooms
Elementary Classrooms (four Classrooms)
Sacrament Preparation Room
Mother's Room
Foyers & Corridors required to access the rooms in use
There also may be the extremely rare occasion when someone may have to enter one of the
following to complete repairs. Typically, however this would not occur during times when the
building is in use by members,
Electric Equipment Room
HV AC Mezzanine
Sound Equipment Room
Stairs to access the HV AC Mezzanine
The Mother's Room is used to provide privacy for nursing mothers.
Sincerely yours,
~!( 11~

Dear Mr. Breese:
The building department has some issues with our on site parking calculations. We have met the
code requirements for on site parking. On site parking was addressed and approved during the
site plan approval process.
I have calculated the parking requirements by three different methods. They are as follows:
1.
The original calculations as illustrated in the original DRC Site Plan and P & Z
Sheets, These calculations complied with the code requirements.
The second method was to illustrate the assembly seating in the Chapel and
cultural Center Rooms. This is shown on the attached Sheet G-3, dated 21 May
2005. The total seating in these areas is 516, based on the code requirement of one
space for each seat the required parking is 129 spaces, We have provided a total of
136 parking spaces. This will meet the parking requirements of the worst case
scenario.
We then took the assembly areas as follows:

Perhaps the above information will put the departments minds at ease,
