Dear Ms. Frisby:
In response to your request dated July 9, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Installation of approximately 440 feet of 5 foot high green
vinyl chain link fence (as depicted on the attached drawing) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 7/9/04 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions:
1. The chain link fence be located behind the hedge, so as not
to be visible from Federal Highway.
2. Any plant material that needs to be removed for the fence
installation shall be coordinated in advance with the City
Forester.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
the building permit. Please contact me at (561) 742-6260 if you have

We are the agent for Colonial Club Apartments Section 2. We have applied for a permit to
install approx. 440' of 5'h green vinyl chain link fence per their request. The fence will be
installed on the west property line starting from the existing fence on north property line heading
south 115' stopping at existing wall/column then will restart on other side of wall and go an
additional 325'. See attached plans for layout.
We are required per the building dept. to get a minor mod for this project. If you have any
