TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS REVIEW
Dear Michael:
The Palm Beach County Traffic Division has reviewed the traffic statement for the project
entitled; Coastal Bav Colonv, pursuant to the Traffic Performance Standards in Article 15
of the Palm Beach County Land Development Code. The residential project is

Residential.
