Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 7/21/04 are "minor" as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. The elevations modification was caused as we relocated units on the two and three story town-homes. We also believe that the proposed minor modification of the attached buildings is necessary to maintain the same language used on the approved buildings # I, 10, II, 12 and along Federal Highway.
