Dear Mr. Brablec:
In response to your request dated March 10, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Removal of an overhead door, rebuilding of the wall and addition
of a rear access door (as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 4/08/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. The new rear access door match the others wi thin the shopping
center relative to style, materials and color.
2. The rebuilding of the wall where the overhead door is being removed
shall consist of the same materials as the remainder of the rear
wall, have the same finish and be painted the same color.
3. If the scope of the project demands removal of landscaping, then
such plant material must be relocated to an area subj ect to
approval of the City Forester.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
