Dear Dr. Go:
In response to your request dated October 8, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Addition of two (2) access doors on easterly building (as
depicted on the attached plan) .
. Addition of 4 ' picket fence and gates to interior courtyard (as
depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 10/8/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. The new access doors match the others within the office center
relative to style, materials and color.
2. If the scope of the project demands removal of any landscaping,
then approval of the City Forester is required prior to the
relocation/elimination of such plant material.
3. The fence color should match the building or be painted white.
4. This approval is for above-noted improvements only and not for any
changes in use of the structures or interior floorplan adjustments.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
