Dear Mr. Breeze:
Pursuant to conversations with Ms Karen Main we respectfully request consideration for approval
for the following minor changes to the approved site plan.
Changes in storefront system due to compliance with windload requirements as stipulated by the
Florida Building Code.
Please note that the extent of the glazing is approximately the same as submitted under the
Development Order approved by the City Commission. The extent of the storefront system
indicated on the elevations submitted then was purely conceptual.
Please find attached four copies of the elevation drawings and a check for the amount of one
hundred dollars as requested.
