Dear Mr. Perez-Azua:
In response to your request dated August 10, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Reconfiguration of landscape islands to contain the relocated
site lighting poles along the north side of the building (as
depicted on the attached plan) ;
· Shifting of parking associated with the landscape island
reconfigurations (as depicted on the attached plan); and
· Relocation of fire hydrant to the easternmost landscape island
(as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 9/10/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

Dear Ed:
I have attached (4) sets of signed & sealed drawings along with a check for $100,00 in request of a
minor site modification to the Grove Plaza - Parcel 'D' project which was approved earlier this year.
The items that we have modified and are seeking approval for are as follows:
1, All site lighting poles on the north side of the parking lot have been relocated to the landscape
islands adjacent to the north side of the building, This modification was made to insure that no
electrical runs are placed within the Lake Worth Drainage District easement
2, The parking spaces adjacent to the north (front) side of the building have been shifted to
accommodate a new landscape island in the middle of the parking row, This modification was
made to provide a proper location for the site lighting poles mentioned above,
3, As a result of creating a new landscape island, the existing fire hydrant at the north east corner
of the building has been relocated to another island approximately 13-15 feet to the east
