Dear Mr. House:
In response to your request dated January 30, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Replace an existing wall vent with an overhead garage door on
the east (rear) elevation (as depicted on the attached plan) ;
· Installation of two (2) new side-swing doors on the east (rear)
elevation (as depicted on the attached plan); and
· Re-installation of the wall vent approximately 100 feet to the
north on the east (rear) elevation (as depicted on the attached
plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 1/30/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.
