Dear Mr. Beasley:
In response to your request dated November 23, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Modifications to the exterior of the building, including closing
of overhead doors and windows, addition of new windows and
doors, addition of a front porch with metal roof and aluminum
railing, and repainting of the building body "Canyon View" Behr
ECC-20-1, trim and railing "Ultra Pure White" Behr 4050 and
metal roof and shutters "Shady Willow" Behr ECC-36-1 (as
depicted on the attached plan) .
· Addition of 6' decorative white vinyl fence (as depicted on the
attached plan) .
· Addition of 576 square feet of concrete parking area and
associated re-striping of the parking area (as depicted on the
attached plan) .
· Addition of landscaping (hedge and trees) to code around the
parking areas and front of the building (as depicted on the
attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 11/23/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. The portions of the exterior to be closed up shall reflect the wall

2. If the scope of the project demands removal of any landscaping,
then approval of the City Forester is required prior to the
relocation/elimination of such plant material.
3. This approval is for above-noted improvements only and not for any
changes in use of the structures or interior floor plan
adjustments.

4. The sidewalk shall be replaced where currently damaged and in
association with the new curb cut.
