Request for a Minor Site Plan Modification
Planning & Zoning Division:
This request for a Minor Site Plan Modification is in reference to the pre-permitting
meeting held on January 7,2004 and the request of the Jonathan's Grove HOA to erect
a 6' fence on the east end of the development.
The fence will be approximately 314' across and be tied to existing concrete walls that
run along the north and south edges of the development. The fence will be chain link
and be installed on common area ground.
Attached please find four copies of the east end of the site plan for the Jonathan's Grove
HOA showing where the fence will be placed, four copies of the specifications provided
by Fence Solutions and a check for one hundred dollars ($100.00).
