Dear Mr. Kruger:
The purpose of this letter is to summarize the outstanding application materials, and to further
assist you wtth compiling complete applications through an alternative to you reviewing and
initialing individual application pages and supplying new signature pages (tasks listed in my July
1, 2004 letter). The alternative approach simply requires you to provide a notarized letter for the
application files stating that the applications, with the insertion of the revised page previously
submitted for the site plan application, are now complete and accurate, and that "Shell" should
be construed to replace "Texaco" on all application pages. With the filing of this letter, the only
outstanding item previously noted, is the submittal of revised elevation drawings showing the
current project and proposed addition, including colors and signage.
Lastly, to further assist you, please note that the city is still required to prepare and process a
legal ad for the subject requests, which you may use for your direct mailings as an alternative to
preparing your own notice. Please contact Ms. Sherie Coale, Application Technician if you wish
to use our legal notice, and if you need further assistance with completing these applications.
Once these items have been received, or plans updated as originally described in the July 1,
2004 letter, the review will commence and hearing dates set.

Dear Mr. Allen:
In response to your request dated February 9, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Painting of the building and fascia white(Ameron 450HSA #53 _
RVI White), with 12 inch stripe at the base of the building
painted grey (Ameron 450HSA # 51 RVI Dark Grey) (as depicted on
the attached plan);
· Painting of the gas canopy, light poles and vent pipes the
above-mention white, as well as the bollards white with the
above-mentioned grey stripe on the bottom 12 inches (as depicted
on the attached plan);
· Painting the curbs the above-mentioned grey (as depicted on the
attached plan) .
· Installation of a 12 square foot "Gateway Food Mart" decal on
the building fascia above the main entrance (as depicted on the
attached plan); and
· Installation of "Shell" letters on the right hand corner of the
west side of the canopy for a total of 11.5 square feet (as
depicted on the attached plan
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 2/09/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

We have been contracted to perform the image conversion for the Texaco, located at
2360 N, Federal Highway, to Shell. The proposed changes that we will be performing are as
follows:
Painting building fascia white,
Installing a "Gateway Food Mart" decal on the building fascia above the main
entrance, (12 square feet)
Painting building curbing grey,
