RE: Murano Bay Minor Site Plan Modification
Dear Ed:
Please consider modifying the Murano Bay Site Plan at Shore Drive. We would
like to change from a solid 6' masonry wall to a combination of solid 6' masonry
wall and open rail aluminum fencing. We propose to have 2 areas behind
building #4 with aluminum fence.
The first area will be behind units 19 and 20. We propose a 24' section of wall be
replaced with 6' aluminum fencing. The second area is between units 16 and 17.
We propose replacing a 40' section of wall with 6' aluminum fence.
The aluminum fence will be 6' high and match the color and design of the entry
gate. All original landscaping will remain per approval plan.
feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
