We received your letter of May 4th 2004 with approval ofthe requested variance for
building bathroom and shade for our community pool.
As you know, this has been a long and complicated process for us. We appreciate the
courteous assistance of you and your able staff. We have learned much about City
procedures, which will help us obviate problems and delay in the future.
The Association Board for the Manatee Cove community is primarily interested in
providing a safe and secure environment for our residents. We believe that this pool
project, as planned, does that, without any adverse affects.
