rindicates the work which is captioned above.
Please be informed as follows:
1. This .odi~ication will not e~~ect e.isting landscaping, since
we propose to sioply relocate this landscaping adjacent to the
new slab.
2. This .odi~ication should not e~~ect parking reQuire.ents
because the seating ~roo the interior will be shi~ted to this
patio only on pleasant weather days. This gives patron the
opportunity to enjoy outdoor dining on the very special times
when AIC or heating would not be desired.
3. The .odi~ication will not e~~ect or create any storowater
drainage patterns, because we are still .aintaining a
comfortable pervious/impervious ratio.
In the ~inal analysis, this proposal will create a pleasant attraction
to this establish.ent and also the shopping Rla2a. We trust that you
will agree.
