Dear Mr. Brito:
In response to your request dated June 3, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Removal of a double rear door and rear window, addition of a
rear access door and rebuilding of the wall affected by the
above-mentioned removals (as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 6/17/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. The new rear access door match the others within the shopping
center relative to style, materials and color.
2. The rebuilding of the wall where the double door and window are
being removed shall consist of the same materials as the remainder
of the rear wall, have the same finish and be painted the same
color.
3. If the scope of the project demands removal of landscaping, then
such plant material must be relocated to an area subj ect to
approval of the City Forester.

Re: Minor Site Plan Modification
Gentlemen:
I will be submitting a permit for the expansion of the Oyer Insurance office space
to include the adjacent office space located at 517 East Ocean Ave. We will be
returning the rear door to original single door to match existing doors on building.
We are also removing one rear window that is also exposed to the alley finish and
color to match existing building. We will be cutting an access to the new office
from the existing office when the permit is accepted
Most of the improvements will be interior except the items previously mentioned
