Re: Promenade HTEX 04-002
To AII-
Remember, all of our residential units are below the 150' height limit.
The only elements of the project extending beyond are the decorative masses
on the the roof. These masses are intended to hide the mechanical/electrical
equipment from public view.

Re: Zoning Application
Our File No.: BWIA002
Dear Michael:
Regarding the standard rezoning application I have several questions as to what items
are required to be submitted with the application for the property located on the northeast
corner of Federal Highway and Boynton Beach Boulevard. There are several sections within
the application which indicate that some items may bewaived pursuantto your approval and
some additional items which also may be requested. My inquiry is as follows:
1. Please advise if the Tree Survey can be waived with the rezoning application.
2. Pursuant to item number 9 on page six, several items may be requested by the
Planning Division, Planning and Development Board, orthe City Commission
which relate to the proposal.
Please advise which, if any, of these items need to be submitted with the
rezoning application.

3. Pursuant to item number 10 on page six, several items may be requested by
the Planning Division, Planning and Development Board, or the City
Commission which relate to the proposal, such as official soil conservation
service classifications, existing and proposed grade elevations, existing or
proposed water bodies, etc.
Please advise which, if any, of these items need to be submitted with this
rezoning application.
4. Pursuant to number 11 on page 7 of the application, for rezonings to planned
zoning districts, the specific requirements for submission of applications for
rezoning to such districts shall also be satisfied. Furthermore, all materials
required for a subdivision master plan shall also be submitted.
Please confirm that this item does not pertain to the proposed rezoning
application.
5. Please confirm the amount of the application fee.
6. Please confirm how many copies and of which plans are needed. The
application indicates that two (2) copies, ten (10) copies and twelve (12) copies
are required in separate places.
Please contact me at your convenience regarding these matters.
~uly yours, ~
