This is a 2001 case and was not presented to the Board until January of this year so it appears we were holding off on
processing this and then apparently moved it forward due to lack of interest Technically, a fine began accruing on
2/15/03 and he is scheduled to appear in March for certification of the fine,
The good news is that we still have a large degree of administrative control over the destiny of this case, You tell me
what you need me to do and I can make it happen,

Wednesday 19th, claiming that P&Z was to allow him modification of his rear structure to mix aluminum and
screen roof as required setbacks by code, Indeed, I signed a note expressing that on 4/25/02, By his phone calli
assume he has not complied with it as yet, since he mentioned that a citation has been received at his home,
He also claims that I was to advise Code Compliance on that arrangement so to stop any Code action, I don't
know if I advised your office at that time,
Can you advise me on the status of the case, on any possibility of helping this citizen, I will contact him back.

Your permit application and supporting documentation do not comply with the City of
Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances. Prior to receiving a permit to construct or install
the requested improvements the plans and documents shall be amended to show
compliance with the below listed comments. For questions regarding my review please
contact me at the number listed above. If a conference is necessary, please schedule
an appointment. Phone calls and appointments are received and scheduled during
work days Monday through Friday 9:30 to 10:30 AM and 1 :45 to 2:45 PM. Please note
that additional comments may be generated following staff review of the amended
plans. Timely approval of your project is dependent upon your prompt and correct
response to the information provided in this document.
1- Sausalito Place is required 15 foot rear setback for hard roof structure. Proposed
hard roof shows a rear setback of 11.5 feet setback from the property line.
Therefore, this permit can not be approved.
