Refer to the civil engineers responses. 2. Attached please find the updated elevations with the paint swatches, names and numbers as requested. 3. The elevations have been revised to indicate the color names for each component. 4. Yes, the proposed color pallet is the same as the existing building. 5. Refer to the civil engineers responses. 6. A note as requested has been added to sheet A3.0 regarding proper paint matching of all wall mounted equipment to match the color of the walls. 7. A note as requested has been added to sheet A3.0 regarding that the rooftop mechanical units shall be screened from a min. distance of 600 feet. 8. Refer to the civil engineers responses. 9. Please refer to the updated A3.1 sheet that provides more information on letterings, location and color. Please see the monument walls located on the civil plans and do note that the signs will not be lit. 10 - 17. Refer to the civil engineers responses. 18. The intended use for the project is Type IV Unprotected under Table 500 of the Florida Building Code for "Storage" Occupancy. The area and height of the building is less than allowable required under a sprinkled building. 19. Per the city's request a copy of Table "600" has been shown on the cover sheet that states what the wall and opening limitations are. However, do to the fact that all the property lines are beyond 60 feet in distance, only a non combustible rating is required and no limits are required for openings. 1:1":' We" Royal Palm Howl Boca Ratoll. .Florida ;J;14;l:.~ Telepholle: :)() l-:N;J-():):;:) ElI',imilf: ;')u l-:N:)-OOO? Revisions have been prepared as requested and the responses to the comments are as follows: 1. Verify ownership/get deeds. 2, Refer to architectural submission. 3. Entrance planting is existing and planted per approved plans of Phase I. 12. The calculations have been provided on Sheet SP-1 in the site and parking tabulations. 13. This is a request to construct Phase II in an "A" and liB" phase. Phase I has been constructed according to the original approved site plan (approximately half of the site). The parking configuration was approved for the entire site. Revisions to the parking would result in a reduction of parking spaces less than the code requirements. It is our opinion that the site plan can be built as approved. 14. Sight triangles have been added to Sheet LP-1. 15. Specifications have been revised on the plant key on Sheet LP-1. 16.
