Consulting Engineers - Planners - Surveyors April 20, 2004 Mr. Edgard Breese, Principal Planner Planning & Zoning Division City of Boynton Beach P.O. Box 310 Boynton Beach, FL 33465 Ph: (561 )742-6260; Fax: (561 )742-6259 Re: Sterling Records Management Site Plan Modification Our Proiect #3612 Dear Mr. Breese: Please find attached four (4) sets of plans and a check in the amount of $100.00. This request is to modify Building Number 2 of the approved site plan. Building 1 and surrounding improvements have been constructed. Building 2 has not been constructed. The modification is for the construction of approximately one-half of Building 2. This would be a change in the phasing of the construction. Building 2 will be constructed in two phases. The result of meetings with fire protection required the provision of a temporary fire access around the first portion of Building 2. This access will be removed upon completion of the second half of Building 2. All improvements and landscaping will be constructed per the original approved overall site plan with the exception of minor revisions related to the phasing of Building 2. We would request that this site plan modification be processed as "Minor". If you require any additional information or clarification, please call at any time.
