Rotate the orientation of the proposed middle-north to allow pickup from the east. Provide a minimum backing clearance of 60 ft. from the front edge of the dumpsters. 3. Rotate the orientation of the proposed southern dumpster to allow for a better approach angle. Provide a minimum backing clearance of 60 ft. from the front edge of the dumpsters. 4. Indicate by note that the site dumpster enclosure shall be constructed in accordance with City Standard Drawing G-4. .- Page 2 August 10, 2004 5. The minimum dumpster pad is 10 ft. x 10 ft. (inside dimension including gates) . 6. The required gates for the dumpster shall contain long steel rods to drop into the pavement in order to secure the gates in the open and closed positions. Drilled holes (for concrete) or metal sleeves (for asphalt) shall be provided for the locking rods. 7. Please show utility easements and drainage easements to ensure there are no conflicts with the proposed dumpsters. 8. It may be necessary to replace or relocate large canopy trees adjacent to the proposed dumpsters to eliminate vertical conflicts. Should this be the case, please contact the City Forester in advance of any landscape modifications. Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit.
