Dear Mr. Dorris:
In response to your requests dated January 15 & May 10, 2004 for
the administrative review and approval of the modifications
proposed to the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the
following:
· Addition of approximately 702.5 square feet of office space and
associated interior renovations (as depicted on the attached
plans) ;
· Addition of approximately 4,829 square feet of new prefab metal
canopy (as depicted on the attached plans);
· Addition of small canvas canopy near the employee entrance (as
depicted on the attached plans); and
· Enclosure of four (4) existing maintenance bays (as depicted on
the attached plans) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 8/20/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

On behalf of Waste Management, we are respectfully submitting a request for a minor site plan revision
as shown in the attached drawings.
Currently the existing building footprint is approximately 20,510 sq ft on approximately 10 acres.
The intended modifications are as follows:
. Addition of approximately 702.5 sq ft of additional office space
. Enclosure of4 existing covered maintenance bays (currently without doors)
. Addition of a small Canopy area near the employee entrance
. Renovations to interior to create a new women's locker room and enlarge the existing men's
locker room and add a mechanics file storage area
