Currently the existing building footprint is approximately 20,510 sq ft on approximately 10 acres. The intended modifications are as follows: . Addition of approximately 702.5 sq ft of additional office space . Enclosure of4 existing covered maintenance bays (currently without doors) . Addition of a small Canopy area near the employee entrance .
