Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 02/10/04 are "minor" as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the following conditions: 1. All work shall be confined to the WatersEdge HOA property. Please note that the adjacent buffer wall at Intracoastal Park is placed two (2) feet north of the park's south property line. 2. The WatersEdge ROA shall provide a Hold-Harmless agreement to the City for the proposed landscaping. The City will not be responsible for replacement of landscaping in the event repairs are required to the adjacent buffer wall. . While we have no objections to the proposed modification the following conditions shall apply: D All work shall be confined to the Watersedge HOA property.
