Dear Mr. Ortner:
In response to your request dated February 10, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Installation of new pavement, curbing and landscaping along the
north property line of the development (as depicted on the
attached drawing) .
.
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 02/10/04 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions:
1. All work shall be confined to the WatersEdge HOA property. Please
note that the adjacent buffer wall at Intracoastal Park is placed
two (2) feet north of the park's south property line.
2. The WatersEdge ROA shall provide a Hold-Harmless agreement to the
City for the proposed landscaping. The City will not be responsible
for replacement of landscaping in the event repairs are required to
the adjacent buffer wall.

Per your request I have reviewed the above referenced plans, forwarded to me on February 11, 2004
regarding the proposed minor modification along NE 20th Lane.
While we have no objections to the proposed modification the following conditions shall apply:
D All work shall be confined to the Watersedge HOA property. Please note that the adjacent buffer wall
at Intracoastal Park is placed 2 f1. north of that south property line.
D The Watersedge HOA shall provide a Hold-Harmless agreement to the City for the proposed
landscaping. The City will not be responsible for replacement of landscaping in the event repairs are
required to the adjacent buffer wall.
