Sheet 1 - There are no dedications for Tracts C, D & E. 2. Sheet 2 - It would seem that there should be tracts or easements between Lots 7 & 8, 21 & 22 and 101 & 102. 3, Sheet 2 - The wording of the sentence that begins "Plat Limits..................", along the southeast edge of the plat, appears incomplete. 4. Sheet 2 - There appear to be Limited Access Easements (L.A.E,) at several locations around the project where a six (6) foot high wall is also proposed as part of the original site plan approval. Will the L.A.E, allow for construction of these required walls? 5. Sheet 2 - The required landscaping along the rear of the units does not appear to be in a dedicated landscape easement. Without a landscape easement, we have no assurances that the landscape as approved will be maintained.
