The above referenced project is nearing completion. Prior to the Building Division issuing the
Certificate of Occupancy, I would like to ensure that you do not have any outstanding or pending
conditions concerning this site that must be rectified (excluding issues that are covered entirely
with a City approved surety).
If any outstanding conditions are related to permits issued by the Building Division, please
provide this division a memorandum containing a description of the unresolved conditions. If
the unresolved conditions are not permit related, please notify the owner or the owner's agent to
ensure that the matters are rectified.
Please respond to me, within ten (10) days, in order that we may proceed in a timely manner to
issue the Certificate of Occupancy. No response is necessary if your department is satisfied with
the current state ofthe above referenced site. Thank you for your cooperation.

Walgreens at Woolbright Plaza
Dear Mr. Karekos:
This letter is in response to your telecalls to this office in regards to your inquiry as to whether the
Walgreens project on Parcel "B" of the existing Woolbright Plaza record plat needs to be re-platted for
a parcel split. After review with the City's Planning & Zoning Division of the Department of
Development, and our plan review staff, our response to your question "Do we need to replat Parcel
"B" to divide it into two (2) pieces?" is no; you need not replat the parcel for such a purpose.
HOWEVER, the development conditions of the Development Order remain in effect for the original
application number COUS 01-007 (all 45 conditions), and the 15 conditions attached to the site plan
modification application number MSPM 04-001. IN ADDITION, the city would like to have verified
that there are cross-access (ingress & egress) agreements in place to access "Lot 2" through "Lot I"
from both right-of-way entrances located on South Congress Avenue and Woolbright Road.
Please send me a letter requesting return of your submitted record plat application fee; we will process
the request upon receipt through the Finance Department. If you have any questions, please advise me
